Tree Policy

• Trees other than fruit trees are not permitted.
• Fruit trees must be on dwarf rootstock.
• Trees must be positioned at least 50cm within the plot boundary.
• Trees must not be allowed to grow beyond of 2.5 metres in height.
• Trees must be maintained in good condition and regularly pruned, and no branches may be allowed to extend beyond the plot boundary.
• Trees must not cause undue shade on neighbouring plots.
• Trees must not constitute more than 20% of the plot.
